Domestic shipping

We currently use the Royal Mail to ship our products. All of your shipments are tracked and you can expect to receive tracking information via email within 1 business day of shipment.


Once your order has been dispatched, positive apparel accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted (including the rare case of your package not arriving) Foxy i is not liable as we have no control once it has been posted. In this instance, please contact your local post office with the tracking number that was provided when the package was sent. Unfortunately, we are not able to give any refunds or resend orders in these circumstances.


Orders will be processed, printed and shipped to Standard Service within 2 business days. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 4-7 business days. We do not ship on Sundays or bank holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Foxy i cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

International shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping but contact us and we will try to accommodate you. 

 

 

RETURNS

Thanks for purchasing our products at Foxy i lingerie. We hope you like and enjoy our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 20-day full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. Please note that all lingerie must be unworn and have packaging intact in accordance with our hygiene standards. After the 20-day period, you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund. We recommend using recorded mail for returns items as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post
